Transko Electronics,Inc. has implemented a Quality System to meet the needs of National and International Quality System Requirements. The Quality System conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001 and continually improves the effectiveness of the Quality Management System. It is the established policy of Transko Electronics, Inc. to provide quality products and services, which consistently meet the needs of our customers. Transko Electronics, Inc. constantly strives for continuous improvement. Transko Electronics, Inc. recognizes that the development of its employees and the support from them, are the most important factors for achieving its objective of consistent product quality and ultimately,customer satisfaction. Commitment to this policy involves almost every aspect of Transko Electronics, Inc.'s business and its employees. The objectives of this policy are achieved through the implementation of the systems documented in the Quality Manual, Quality Procedures and Work Instructions. 1992 - Founded as importer/exporter of electronic components
1993 - Opened a manufacturing facility in Laguna Hills, CA
1994 - Semi-finished oscillator modules were the main product
1996 - Began producing finished crystals and oscillators
1997 - VCXO line was introduced
1997 - TCXO line was introduced
1997 - Experienced a very large growth spurt
1998 - Relocated to a larger facility in Anaheim, CA
1998 - Surface mount line of products were introduced
1999 - Became incorporated
1999 - Anaheim facility was expanded to accommodate growth
2001 - New base plater and a new final plater were acquired
2001 - Achieved ISO 9001 quality certification
2003 - OCXO line introduced
2004 - VCO line introduced
2005 - Expanded to a larger facility in Anaheim, CA
2006 - LVDS and LVPECL products introduced
2007 - Acquired Saunders 280B and LeCroy Waver-runner scope to expand Quality Control
2008 - Stratum III TCXO line was introduced
2009 - Saw Filter product line was introduced
2010 - Acquired SMD programmable oscillator equipment to expand quick turn product line.
2010 - Acquired high end SMD counter to enhance production efficiency
2012 - Expanded to a larger facility in Anaheim, CA
2016 - Acquired assets of Cal Crystal Labs Comclok
